IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Make sure you have a hi-res digital image of your artwork ready to email Percy Thomson Gallery. The Artwork should be in JPEG or PDF format and no larger than 5MB. After submitting the entry form you'll be directed to a page with instructions on emailing the image.

Please read the Conditions of Entry (terms and conditions) before filling in the form.

There is an artist's checklist at the end of the form. Please read and tick each box below indicating that you have read and understood and agreed to all instructions, terms and conditions, and included all relevant documentation. If you are under 18 years of age as at 1st of December , 2024, your parent/guardian must tick the final box agreeing to the Conditions of Entry.

Entry forms must be received at the gallery by 11:59pm, Sunday 1st December 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
